The Devers Family Program in Dante Studies together with the Center for Italian Studies is supporting an international conference on Dante’s Questio de aqua et terra, hosted in Verona by the University of Verona on January 20-21, 2020. Other sponsors include the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. The conference will feature a lecture by Theodore J. Cachey, Jr., the Albert J. and Helen M. Ravarino Family Director of Italian and Dante Studies and Professor of Italian in the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures.
