Suddenly Dante - 100 Canti at Notre Dame

The renowned Italian actor and director Franco Palmieri will be in residence at Notre Dame from March 26-31 to lead a campus-wide version of the Cento Canti project. Palmieri is famous for directing large-scale public readings of Dante's Divine Comedy and Notre Dame will be the site of his latest endeavor. 

On Friday, March 30, students, faculty, and friends of Italian Studies at Notre Dame will read the opening and closing canots of Dante's Divine Comedy, beginning at LaFortune and then moving on to the Grotto. The schedule will be as follows:
