Founded by Baroque scholar and harpsichordist Andrea Marcon, the Venice Baroque Orchestra is one of Europe’s premier ensembles devoted to period instrument performance. The orchestra performs "Il Giardino Veneziano,” concerti, sinfonias and arias by Vivaldi, Handel, Porpora, Albinoni, Marcello, Galuppi and Locatelli in collaboration with mezzo-soprano Romina Basso and violinist Giuliano Carmignola.
